We take a professional approach to collecting rents on time each and every month. We have systems in place that have allowed us to consistently collect rents. In our leasing agreements we make our expectations and procedures clear to tenants prior to signing of leases.
EVICTION PROTOCOL
We follow standard practice when it comes to late rent. Following the grace period, filing of paperwork on legal proceedings will commence.
